great stay but bring a sleep mask
The view from my room was stunning, simple as that. The two pools were big and clean, and the staff was super friendly and responsive.
The room was overly bright at night.

Thanks everyone for a really great stay of "what to see or do " on our visit. The personnel was supper friendly and amiable. Had an enjoyable breakfast with a fabulous omelette. The location was particularly good, just a short walk away from a scenic miniature golf course. Liked this beachfront hotel, strongly recommend.
Well, the area was quite poor overall.

Pool table and game room were enjoyable. Had trouble with noisy neighbors and a small fridge.

Decent location, especially for me. There's Old King's Coffeehouse within walking distance of the hotel, they have tea/coffee/desserts. The rooms are neat and the continental breakfast offered has lots of dishes.

The room was updated, and brand-new, with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a fridge I needed.

Perfectly positioned for easy access to beaches and attractions
The hotel offers a fantastic experience with beautiful views of the water just across the street, and being right on Route 28 makes it super convenient to reach nearby attractions like Lewis Bay Beach and Main Street, which are only a short walk away, not to mention great dining options like Timmy's Roast Beef and The Loft Restaurant within walking distance; the room was comfortable with a clean vibe and the staff was friendly and helpful. One minor downside is that the on-site diner wasn’t open during our stay, but plenty of other breakfast spots are just a short drive away.

I thought the staff was excellent. They were very accomodating, allowing us to check in before 3 P.M. from our long trip to the Cape. Having breakfast on the premises was great along with the food.

We've stayed here before & remember it being "nice", it isn't so nice anymore. It needs updating!!! The 1st room we had was very stinky!! We asked for another room (because of the car below our room alarm was going off and the management couldn't find the owner!!!!) the next room was in a newer building and was fine. I'd think twice about staying here again......

The hot tub was very nice and the room was good sized. The staff was friendly.
There was a very musty smell in the entire hotel.

Had a great deal on a room that included a hot tub. The location here was super convenient, just a quick walk to a charming mini-golf spot ⛳.

A warm welcome despite our late arrival, along with good advice on things to do locally. The location was very convenient for exploring Cape Cod. Free wifi, a fridge and coffee maker in the room and a microwave nearby were all very useful, as was the hot tub in the indoor pool area.
We thought that breakfast in the 50's style diner was a little expensive.

While the hotel (which had kind of a motel format from the outside) didn't look like anything special, the rooms were nicer than you would think. Also everything was clean, maid service was quick and friendly, and check-in and check-out were both easy and efficient.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
